    Hi! 

    If you have a Box Enterprise account with access to support, I would actually go ahead and file a support ticket. The account you used to create this post isn't tied to an enterprise licensed account... do you happen to know your enterprise id? I would need that to search for logs.

    Hi Alex Novotny,

    Thank you for the help and suggested actions. I was able to work with a contact in our CX department to submit an official support ticket but unfortunately we didn't receive much additional help. For reference, here is our case: #2612532

    With respect to tracking down some logs, I was able to get the Account ID from the enterprise account used to submit the support ticket: 14074250514

    If you're able to help us with any logs for our uploads that'd be a huge help - thank you!
