Content Preview Function Doesn't Work on Korean UI

I'm trying to download a watermarked pdf as a viewer, but Box support says "you cannot download watermarked files directly from the folder view. Instead, you must first preview the file to generate the watermarked version." However, the preview function doesn't seem to work in the Korean UI version of the Box website. Is this something that can be looked into? Thank you!
