How do I get any support from Box? I've raised a ticket a day since Monday, called them and there is no one to answer, get directed to a voicemail that won't allow me to leave a message, or get pointed to the support portal to login with the account that I can't get the password reset email for. Which is the point of my call.
Is anyone working at Box, at all?

Impossible to find any phone number for my question! I want to save files on my Box account to my USB drive. I believe I have transferred them onto my USB drive, but I cannot figure out how to open them. All I get is a bunch of brightly colored, goofey images that look like balloons. I cannot figure out how to open them.
