Account Storage Limit Reached
I created an account today and tried to upload files. I have 10 GB of free space. I tried to upload a folder and got an error that my account storage limit was reached. I then tried to upload a single very small file and got the same error. The pop-up about "Running out of account storage?" pops up over and over again, and the file says "Account Storage limit reached." I have not managed to upload a single file, so it is definitely less than 10 GB! I have tried both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and nothing works.

Welcome to the Box Community!I'm sorry for the confusion. I can see that you have enough space in your account to upload but looking in to your collaboration folder. I can see that this is owned by a managed user under an enterprise account in which case the allocated space was set to 0 B.I suggest that you contact this owner regarding the space provided by their admin.Best,
