Norton Mac Firewall can't include urls

Recently was viewing a large pdf and was given a pop-up info message suggesting for performance enhancement I could include dl2.boxcloud.com in my firewall.  On my Mac, using Norton Firewall there is no way to include a URL.  (applications, service & ports and zones).  After escalating this to Norton Support Level 2, (you can contact Norton and quote case # 6979051) it was determined that the owner of the website can submit URLs for being included whenever the box.com website is being accessed.
