BOX not syncing
Hi,
I(and my team) have been given access to a BOX account. I already have access to various others which work fine. The issue with one of them is that I save files into a joint folder and my assistant saves files into the same folder. If we "view on Box.com" we can't see anything other than the folders I've set up. Please advise.

Welcome to the Box Community!Any changes in the local Box Sync folder are replicated on Box and vice versa. Sometimes Box Sync is unable to sync a change because another change on the same item occurred around the same time.
In order for us to make sure the files are synced. Please make sure that these files are uploaded to Box.
