Link to a page in a pdf online

Is it possible to send a link to a pdf on box and have it open on a specific page? 

The idea is to send links to pages in pdfs to external parties. I'm imaging a URL argument like "#page=3"

let me know if anyone knows if this is possible. I'm thinking i may need to look into the developer API.
