2FA reset cannot be done by Business account admin

    Welcome to the Box Community! 
     
    This is due to limitations on admin privileges. Even admins needs to go through Box Support for the reset. 
     
    I have forwarded this request to Product for review - we always value user feedback and hopefully, this will be included in the next Box update.
