Need sample request to test in post man updateforler

I need to update the folder name of a box folder and i am trying to test the updatefolder rest API resource as given in the article below.

https://developer.box.com/reference/put-folders-id/

Can someone help me getting the sample request for this resource to test in postman?

  This is how the a successful request looks in my Postman. The only header is the authorization header with the bearer token
