I need you to run the script to figure out my storage. This script should be accessible to the public. It is obviously an issue that multiple people have consistently and the fact that the storage system counter doesn't work, people can't do the check themselves, and then they can't use their accounts is frankly unacceptable.

    And there is no actual way to contact customer support, only post on a public forum.
