limited uploading capacity for external collaborators

Hi,

I have a BUSINESS PLUS account and an external collaborator has to upload many videos (more than 10GB) and now she doesn't seem to be able to upload anything (she already uploaded 9GB). Please can you help?

I thought it was unlimited for the users (we are 3) and also for external colaborators.
