can't able to generate access token

Hi Team,
I'm trying to generate access token using https://api.box.com/oauth2/token
But i'm getting the following error-:

"error": "unauthorized_client",
"error_description": "The \"box_subject_type\" value is unauthorized for this client_id"
}
What can be the issue??
