Shared folders are no longer visible
yesterday Box was working fine during the day. In the evening no one in the dept can see our company's folders. Can someone please help? As a remote dept not having Box is hindering our work. It is crucial we get access to our folders/files again.

Are those files being accessed through the webapp or through the Box Tools like Box Sync and Drive? I investigated your account and see the folder owners account being active. I suggest that you check your files by going to the webapp. Try logging back in to see if there are any changes. Ask the owners of the files if the email addresses of the collaborators are listed in the folder settings.
