I lost an entire folder

HI, I used to be able to access a personal folder but now I can't find it. I checked trash and it's not there. Please check as those contain important files.

Hi Support, any updates on this. I need to recover the entire the folder which was lost in box. Your immediate support will be appreciated.

I'm not getting any responses from Support on this and there's no direct contact but only to post on the forum. I can't find any phone number of Box Support. Can someone assist? I can't even call out any Support's attention.
