I do not receive email notifications.

I am set up to receive email notifications when uploads are made.
However, email notifications are extremely rare.
I have uploaded files to that folder several times and it seems that not even 1/10 of the files are notified.
What is the cause and how can I resolve this?

  Looking at your settings shows that you don't have the upload notifications set. You may want to check your Account Settings > Notifications regarding this matter.
