How can collaborator run the custom web app from the integration menu?

I created a web app, and I want my collaborator to use it from the integration menu.

The settings of the app are as follows.

Collaborators (2 people in total)：me, A

======================================================

I can run my app from the right-click integrations menu, but A cannnot run it from that way. How can A run my app from the right-click integrations menu?
