    Hi Kathy,

    Welcome to the Box Community! Sorry to hear that you are having this issue with the profile picture upload. I'm happy to help.
     
    Here are the steps to follow in changing your profile picture in your Box account.
     
    1. Login to Box.
    2. Click on the profile on the right to view profile.
    3. My Profile> Edit Information.
    4. Account Settings> Change.
     
    Please note that the desired picture must be right side up in your gallery to be uploaded directly.

    I did all of this and it lays on the left side.  I ever tried turning the picture and it still lays on it's left side.  I have a profile picture on box support so I have no idea why this profile picture doesn't show on box.  Help me Obi-wan Kenobi you are my only hope.  Kathy

    Hi Kathy,

    This profile picture we are seeing is on Box Support page and also this same picture would reflect on your web Box account if you are logged in with the correct email. You mentioned that you already done the steps through your online Box account but laying on the left side and at the same time you are not seeing the profile pic in the Box web app. So, we need you to be clear on which is which.

    Thank you AJ for your response.  So I added the picture on my box profile to show you what it looks like sideways.  I only have 1 email address so I was only on the gkericksen@hotmail.com account ever.  As you can see the profile picture here is different than my one on box and the one on box is sideways.  I'm flummoxed.
