TASK BEING COMPLETED WHEN ITEMS ARE NOT FINISED

Wanted to see if anyway task sent would not be completed and closed out without medical records, Fmla not being completed I have had several last few days went on task no longer there when to Box to check status not showing up hasn't downloaded to your system yet to compete or FMLA showing completed and hasn't collected money to start makes everything very confusing when I tell patients its finished and its not
