Storage Full but not really....
Hi, I tried to upload two items this morning but it says that the storage is full. When I look at our account settings, it says 13 of 100 GB is used. Only 13% but yet I still can't add anything. I sent an email, per your automated system and it told me I need to go to Box Community. Hoping for some help here.

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm sorry for the confusion.
I see that this concern was requested via ticket #2652474 which closed but I'm happy to help.
I ran a script to recalculate the count in your Box account and I believe that you are uploading files to one of your collaborators whose data count has maxed out. I suggest that you contact this collaborator who owns the folder you are uploading to to delete files so that he may have enough storage to upload new files.
It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit.Best,
