    Hi Kathy,

    I understand how frustrating this is but we also need you to explain further on your end on how the picture ended up sideways. The first few communications provided you on how to update or guide you to your Account Settings profile in which we don't have a clear view on the steps you have taken.

    You mentioned that you already uploaded the profile picture sideways previously but we have not seen the attachment. Please send a screenshot from your Box account.
