Events API response inconsistency during June 15 18:00 - June 17 15:00

Hi!

I`m a developer working on integration with Box REST API.

Part of our product logic based on Events API:

https://developer.box.com/reference/get-events/#request

Recently we have got many complains from our customers.

During the investigation - I found that for some reason endpoint like:

https://api.box.com/2.0/events?limit=100&stream_position=<SOME POSITION>

returned valid, but almost empty objects with empty 'entries' array and zero "chunk_size", despite that "next_stream_position" property had valid value.

Please see 'chunk_size' values chart below.

Other endpoints like https://developer.box.com/reference/get-folders-id-items/

were working fine during that period for all customers.
