Not received new items in folder in special period

Hi guys. We have integration with your service. Your api and package (.NET) are used in our code. We had a problem with receiving the added files. From our side, the trigger called the api correctly, but received in response that there were no new files.
Completed steps:
1. On 2022-06-16 02:44:10, objects were requested in the folder. We got the total number of objects in the folder - 13.
2. Start GetEventStreamAsync on stream position. We have not received any new objects.
3. Saved next_stream_position received from https://api.box.com/2.0/events

4. On 2022-06-16 02:45 new file was added to folder.
5. On 2022-06-16 02:49:10, objects were requested again in the folder. We got the total number of objects in the folder - 15. That is, we see that the number of objects has increased.
5. Called GetEventStreamAsync on the new stream position but we didn't get them in the entries list
