    How to delete an account?

    How do I recover my old account? I lost my previous domain and I can't reset my password because the reset email is being sent to my old email. Please help

    I need to update my email to a new format used by my company.  Your help guide says I do this by adding a new user but I cannot do this as it will tip us over the number of license included in our package.  How do I complete such a simple task please?
