Shared file link not working
I have been trying to access a folder that was shared to me via an emailed Box link from a user from a different university. Everytime I click the link to the folder, the "All Files" tab opens with a message saying that they can't find the page that I'm looking for. Is this an issue related to my account or does the person sending the file need to adjust the shared settings on the folder?
