Adding Box FTP Server failed Error

Hello,

I am new for Box having enterprise account. I need to setup FTP to my Box but during adding FTP from the below url:

https://app.box.com/app-center/box_ftp_server/app

I am getting the error as below:

"The Box FTP Server application could not be added as it is lacking the proper configuration. Please check with an enterprise admin if the app is properly configured via Admin Console or contact the support e-mail indicated in app description for assistance."

I also tried to search FTP in APPS but could not file.

Is there any working suggestion FTP Setup in Box.
