Information on Box Terms of Service updates

On August 15, 2022, a few changes to the Box Terms of Service ("Terms") will take affect for those users whose accounts are subject to the Terms and not a separate written agreement, such as the Box Service Agreement. None of these changes affect the pricing for your subscription to the Box Service. The Terms continue to be easy to read and understand and will now better reflect the commitments Box and its users make to each other. Some of the changes include:

  • Terms which will govern those users use of Box Sign

  • Terms which will govern the Enhanced Services delivered with Enterprise Plus Subscriptions.
