How to reset GoogleOTP 2FA
I had set up GoogleOTP 2FA on my existing Box account.
You can't log in because you lose GoogleOTP while changing your smartphone.
I want to reset 2FA settings or delete my account, what should I do?
I inquired about it last time, but they only responded in a macro-like way.
In particular, I asked for the first account creation date, but I couldn't find out.
Please treat me properly.
