Does collaborator can access the configuration details of existing app?

Hi I am working on python automation , our organization team has one application in box developer console, unfortunately he left the organization who is the main admin of that app, so other admin added me as an admin for that corresponding app. The app was previously  authorized,  i am able to visit the app but while using the same configuration details of that app ,its not working with my box notes folder id, do i need to create new app or is there any access or permissions are missing. please let me know is it clear or you need any other information.

please help me.
