Invalid phone number for 2-factor authentication
Hi, I like the idea of two factor authentication, but it really is not working for me on the mobile app. When I login, it sends me a code, I enter the code, then it repeatedly tells me the code was invalid, then sends another code, I enter it, and again...invalid. Rinse and repeat. If I access via a PC on the web, the code is sent to my phone and I am able to login.
I removed 2-factor auth, and I was able to access my account from either a PC or the Box app on my phone (or via web browser on my phone).
I now am trying to re-add 2-factor, and I get a message saying my mobile phone number is invalid. Can you please help? I am not sure what is going on. I value the service Box provides and the security, but if this can't be resolved I am going to just have to change services.
