    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I'm sorry but the only reset we have is the password reset. We don't have a feature in resetting the account. 

    If you are having issues with logging in to Box with the credentials then may need to do a password reset. If your device system is unable to let you access your Box account then may need to troubleshoot further by restarting and refreshing your computer/ browser or using another device.
