Not able to see the file which has been shared by Hogg, Tim.

 

Provider is fully supportive of you getting that data but not able to view it

  Let me ask if this was a folder invitation sent to you in which you haven't accepted yet since the folder is not found in the account. Have the user send the invitation again to the right email and accept.
