    Hello - I am having this same issue. I have a work email and BOX is saying I need a stronger password to access shared files. The issue is that Box says my old PW is incorrect (when i'm logged in using my work account) and BOX also does not allow me to create a new password in the settings menu. PLS HELP how do I reset my PW when BOX is saying my old PW is incorrect and will not let me create a new one...?

    Hello, 

    I have the same problem. I had an account without username or password because i was merely invited by a colleague to check on some materials she sent.
    Then I decided to buy the subscription, as my colleague wanted to integrate me in her team and box said i needed a strong password to access the files.
    But I can't do it, because the system doesn't allow me to create a password (I get an error message).

    Help!
