    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I see that there are deleted folders in the account. Please make sure that your syncing is still existing in your "All Files" page in the webapp. If the items were deleted then please check your "trash" to restore those folder/s.

    Once the folders is restored, mark the folder for sync> log back in to Box Sync and wait till your folders are synced.
