Sync issues
Box seems to have quit syncing on two of my team computers and I don't understand why or how to fix. I have been attempting to fix on my staff computer, removed software, reinstalled and I keep getting the "Box drive has encountered an issue" and it wants me to manuualy reset box drive. I attempt this, but nothing if fixing issue and I keep getting the same box drive issue pop up. I am using box as a "server" so this is causing some major issues with work production. Can anyone help as I can't seem to find a solution

Hello - I assume the reason I was not syncing was that I had hit the max GB of my account. I therefore upgraded although I am not sure if I over did that as the most was huge. Separately, having upgraded I cannot see half of my files on box.com - very worrying. My desktop is not syncing but the old stuff which should be on box.com is not showing. So I therefore have the following issues (1) help with over upgrading, need to reset number of users etc (2) stuff showing on box.com and (3) syncing to my Mac. Please help as I rely upon box.com
