New user verification
I'm a new user, trying to get set up. I received a verification code but before I could get back to insert it the code expired. "Resend code" seemed to work but no code appeared in e-mail. What can I do?

I looked up your Box account and see that this was already confirmed. I suggest that you login using your Box credentials by going to this link.
To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process: Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
