Not getting confirmation email
I signed up and it said a confirmation email has been sent. I never received it. I tried to change my password, and that did not work either, I got the same result, that a password reset email had been sent, but I never received any such. The new Box account that I created is associated only with this email address, audrey.roh@hud.gov. I checked my spam/junk folder, and it is not there. My organization is not blocking emails from Box. Please help.

In order to post on the support forum, I had to create a new account on Box.com using my personal email address, so that is how I posted my comment below. I tried to link my work email address, audrey.roh@hud.gov, with my personal Box account, but I got an error message that said this cannot be done because my work email address is already associated with another Box account.
