Hello.  I cannot see an Admin Console on my profile. Do I have to have a certain type of Box account to have this?  I want to add a group, but apparently can only do that if I have an Admin Console.

  I do not see Account billing to cancel the account.

  Hi Christina.  I am unaware why I am receiving your inquiry as I use Box but do not work for them.  Please contact Box through your online account to cancel your account.
