Manually reset Box Drive
I have an issue that says I have to manually reset Box Drive, but it sends me straight to the forum but no answers. I am not sure what to do.
the message says:
Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.
If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.
what should I do?

I have the same problem. I have followed the instructions several times to try to manually reset Box on my Mac:
- To manually reset Box Drive on a Mac (File Provider Extension mode)
- To manually reset Box Drive on a Mac (kernel-based mode)

I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Box. None of the above has corrected this issue. Help!
