Missing Files | Showing as Temp Files
We are suddenly experiencing missing Box files across all projects. We've uninstalled and reinstalled Box. We've tried the desktop version and the web version with no resolution. The issue started happening this week. Attaching a screenshot for reference.

We are having the same issue. One whole file category with dozens of important files appear to be "missing", however one user can still access the files. I have spent a half a day trying to trouble shoot and cannot. We added a new user on Monday. That user cannot access any of the files (although they could access all of them on Monday).
We have not done anything except to upgrade our account. Help please.
