two accounts to one...
I have two Box accounts. I first opened a personal account 10 -12 years ago and it has 50GB of storage, which is nice. However, I signed up with a personal email that I now only use sparingly.
I opened a second account a couple years ago with a current email address to share files with businesses that I use on a regular basis. That newer account only has 10gb of storage. Not as good.
I want to close the newer account and update the old account email to my current email. I can log into the app with the new email, but there is no way I've found to log into the new account on my Mac to close that account so Box stops telling me that email address is already being used with a Box account. Which I know is true as it's my email. Box login always reverts to the old email address, which makes it impossible to close the new account and allow me to add that email address to the old account.
Is there any way to update email addresses? Am I screwed and stuck with my old email address?
