Files not syncing
My files have not been syncing for the past few days now, whether that's from the cloud to my desktop or vice versa. Can you please tell me what's happening and how to fix it? Thank you.

Is this an issue with your Box Drive or Box Sync?
Box does not support running Box Sync and Box Drive simultaneously on a single machine. We recommend replacing Box Sync with Box Drive.
