Folder Synching a Mess

I switched to my laptop the other day and after that the folder I was working on has syncing problems. I had the files I needed so I decided to log into box.com and delete the folder and then try to recreate it.

Now I'm on my laptop and box keeps throwing errors and won't download any files that are on box.com.

How can I get things back in order so the folder starts syncing again? I think now it wants to delete and then recreate but it's caught in a loop.
