Incorrect storage

Hello Box Support,

My account is supposed to have 50GB of storage. I was using 36GB and it kept saying I maxed out. I removed the 36GB to a temporary location on my HDD, and although I see 0 files and 0 directores in my Box acocunt, it still states I have 13.2GB os used storage. Can you please look into this? Thank you in advance.
