macos M1 has high energy usage while doing nothing

I'm using Box version 4.0.8088 on Monterey 12.6. With they Box app having nothing to do, not uploading or downloading, it will regularly show up as the app having the highest impact on battery usage.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
