Unable to connect to Box - Request_error

    Hi Gonzalo,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

     Can you please do the steps below:
     
    1. Click "Start" and search for "Internet Options"
    2. Go to the "Advanced" tab
    3. Scroll down to the TLS options. Please disable TLS 1.0 and enable both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
    4. Restart Box Drive and try to login again.
