Received email about too many seats - I do not have too many seats

I received an email from "Kennedy Gullatte" supposedly from your sales team saying I have too many seats for my account level and need to contact him to resolve it. He says I have 4 seats instead of 3 and that I need to schedule a meeting with him to resolve it. Color me suspicious, as I only have 2 of 3 used. I am not sure if this is phishing or not, can you please have the legit box folks take a look?
