HELP - have remote apt later today and doc can't see anything in folder I shared!
On my side, I see the folder I created a month ago and the 2,000+ imaging files in them I shared w/ my surgeon. I also see his pic saying its shared w/ him. He says he sees the folder but nothing in it. So I re-shared the folder and he said it looks the same and that I just "shared the Box invite". I have waited MONTHS for this apt and he NEEDS to see this imaging. What do I do? is there a support # I can call??? Thanks
