    Hi,   I was told that my storage has been re-set and now shows the correct storage but this is not correct. My storage still shows that it is nearly full (47 GB) but it should be only around 25 GB....

    Hi, I only have around 25GB of data in my Box account, but Box says I have used 50GB of the space and it is full. I can't save anymore data in my box. I checked the trash and it was empty. What is ...
