I think that I have solved the problem: it appears to be a cookies issue. Be sure that your browser allows cookies from box

I tried accessing the website in Edge instead of Chrome and it does seem to work correctly. On Chrome, if I am logged into my Box it shows up but not in incognito mode. Perhaps there is a plugin or...
