  • Can't access Box from Windows 11 Explorer

    Nothing happens when I click on the Box link I set up in Windows Explorer. If there isn't a way to get it to sync again, how do I delete it so I can re-add it? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    I have two box accounts but only folders for one is visible when I launch the box app on my MacBook.  How do I make the app see the other account? Thank you,
